PracSuite is practice management software for clinics and allied health practitioners. It includes features like appointment scheduling, invoicing, clinical notes, reporting, online booking, and more.
PracSuite integrates with both Tyro Health Online and Tyro EFTPOS, allowing range of claims and payment features to be accessed directly from your PMS, or via a HealthPoint-enabled Tyro EFTPOS machine.
Connect Tyro Health Online or a Tyro EFTPOS machine with PracSuite and access the following claims and payment features directly from within your PMS:
Claiming
- Medicare (both Bulk Bill and Patient Claims) and DVA claims
- Workers Insurance – including WorkCover Queensland, Comcare, WorkSafe Victoria and icare NSW
- Private Health Insurance (PHI) Claims via a HealthPoint-enabled Tyro EFTPOS machine or digitally by sending an SMS link to a patient. A range of health funds are supported including Medibank, ahm, nib, Bupa and GMHBA. View a full list of eligible health funds here
- Offer rebate estimates and integrated refunds with an integrated Tyro EFTPOS machine
Payments
- Payment requests can be sent via SMS, or Visa and MasterCard® payments can be processed over the phone, in person, or situations where the cardholder is not in front of you
- Full fee and deposit payments via the PracSuite online booking system are also powered by the Tyro Health Online integration
- Process debit and credit card payments via a Tyro EFTPOS machine. Accepting all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
